Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telephone prospect clients to organise an appointment with Account Managers
  • Maintaining customer details within Sales force
  • Provide basic details regarding services offered by TOA
  • Follow up / make qualifying calls
  • Send informative email to prospective clients
  • Process rebooking of appointments

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • College level
  • Can speak English fluently
  • Fantastic positive outgoing attitude
  • High level of tenacity and motivation
  • Has at least 6 months experience in telesales and appointment setting will be highly regarded
  • Ability to continually meet and exceed set targets
  • A professional, engaging and friendly phone manner
