Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliations across multiple companies.
  • General Ledger Maintenance/Bookkeeping.
  • Balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable management.
  • Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts.
  • Processing up to Trial Balance stage.
  • Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; printing checks, verifying finished product. Completes external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
  • With at least 3 years working experience and up
  • With excellent English Communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Preferably with previous experience in handling US clients.
  • Preferably with high level skills in MS Office (Excel and Word) and the accounting software QuickBooks Online and
  • Preferably with experience using HubDoc and Expensify 
  • Comfortable working for a graveyard schedule. (9pm-6am)

Work Schedule: Monday- Friday ; 7am- 4pm

Work Location: 4th floor Ortigas Building, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City
