TRAINING OFFERING

The Training Department will be responsible in creating and developing courses based on the training needs identified by the Management. In most instances, it shall conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify additional training courses that may be developed to ensure employees’ employability. The TNA will also identify potential knowledge and skills gap after the training and will undertake action/s to immediately address these gaps.

Currently, a list of courses has been initially identified and these courses are available to clients for a fee:

  1. Diploma and Certification Courses
    • RG 146 : Training of Financial Product Advisers
    • BGL Basics Course
    • Diploma of Accounting
    • Diploma of Financial Services
    • Certificate IV in Accounting
    • Certificate IV in Bookkeeping
    • Certificate IV in Financial Services
    • Xero Certification Program
  2. New Hire Training Program Packages – The New Hire Training Program package is intended for new hires who will be working with clients to perform Accounting and Book keeping elated tasks includes three courses conducted in 5 days inclusive of the one whole day induction and company immersion. The standard courses for this program are the following:
    • Develop Understanding of Taxation
    • Introduction to Xero (Xero Basics)
    • Introduction to Workflow Max (WorkflowMax basics)
    • Introduction to MYOB (Alternate course for WorkflowMax)
  3. The New Hire Training Program Package B – The New Hire Training Program package B is intended for new hires who will be working with clients to perform Superannuation and SMSF related tasks and it includes courses conducted in 10 days inclusive of the one whole day induction and company immersion. The standard courses for this program are the following:
    • Introduction to SMSF Course
    • Develop Understanding Superannuation
